The one thing in life I have learned is that everything comes to pass. Nothing in this world is forever. But you can set yourself and family up for a brighter and more secure future through business, entrepreneurship and investing. Now this is the, do as I say not as I do. I’ve been blessed to launch businesses and grow them over the years. But the one thing I was always able to do is explain my vision and the passion for what I do ensures the deal.

Perspective

“the ability to understand what is important and what isn’t. I know you’re disappointed, but keep your perspective.” – Merriam Webster

I knew what I wanted and used my goals to help me through situations that would come up. Having kept my perspective I have been able to weather many storms and keep moving forward. And that is the point, those who keep moving forward, become the victors.

Funny and true story, I have 3 clients today and back in 2015 they told me no. Their reason, I was a small business and they wanted to go with a large (National) organization to build and manage their websites. Fast forward to today, those national businesses have closed and not only that, they build websites on a proprietary system which doesn’t allow the true owner of the websites to push updates or make changes.

If 6 years ago, I didn’t see that each of these businesses were going to be my client, then I’d be out of business. You have to first see your goal (best if Devine and not forced), then you need to take an action (write it down, tell someone) thirdly, you dig in, because winning in business, over time, honestly, is a hard road, but the best things in life don’t come easy. Nothing you have today or that you respect today or that you remember fondly from yesterday was easy. Not your first date, your first time in front of a crowd, your first time raising your hand, it’s scary, but wow, what a payoff.

“You cannot tailor make the situations in life, but you can tailor make the attitudes to fit those situations before they arise” – Zig Ziglar

Today, take a moment and put perspective in each of your decisions so that you can achieve your goals in the end, no matter what situation you find yourself in.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my thoughts on perspective. I hope you found a few truths and if you have any questions, please email  [email protected] or text  800.910.1338.
